The Citizens Advice service aims: To provide the advice people need for the problems they face. To improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives. The service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
Volunteers at Citizens Advice South Liverpool donated £178,322 worth of their time in the last year up to March 2016.
Caryn Matthews, Chief Executive of Citizens Advice South Liverpool, is using Volunteers Week (1 - 12 June 2016) to thank the 62 volunteers who gave their time at the local charity over the last 12 months.
